You can use an electronic check (eCheck) to pay your rent. Electronic Checks, better known as eChecks, are sometimes referred to as ACH transactions and are the most common type of PayClix transaction. An eCheck transaction is simply an electronic transfer of your bank account funds to the specified property bank account.



With an electronic check, your payment may be returned 'NSF' if you have insufficient funds in your account.

If you have a checking account, you can pay by eCheck using PayClix. An electronic check, or eCheck, is an electronic version of a paper check, used to process a payment online. To make a payment for rent or other expenses by eCheck, renters simply provide PayClix with their checking account and routing numbers(example below). Upon payment acceptance by the property manager, PayClix debits the funds directly from the renter's checking account and deposits the funds directly into the property’s bank account.

PayClix fees are determined by your property owner or Management Company, your specific transaction costs for using PayClix will vary. To see if your property is PayClix "Enabled" and to view your specific property's convenience fees, please use our payment fee finder.

If you sign-up for PayClix’s “Autopay” feature, your rent is automatically scheduled for payment on the rent due date set by your landlord. You have the option to set up your information that will generate an email reminder notice 2 days before your rent will be charged. Payments will be charged to the specified account at 12:01am on the specified payment day.

And, we will not disclose the individual information provided to us online to anyone outside of PayClix unless you specifically authorize it, it is required by law, or disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of customers, employees or property.
